Licence professionnelle APCAE

    Who is concerned?
    This procedure is exclusively reserved for candidates preparing for the ACPAE Bachelor's degree co-produced by Gustave Eiffel University, the Écoles Nationales Supérieures d'Architecture de Paris-Est and Paris-Belleville and the École des Ingénieurs de La Ville de Paris.
    Foreign candidates from outside the European Union are eligible only if they already hold a French higher education diploma. Candidates who do not hold or are in the process of obtaining a French higher education diploma are not eligible for this application process: they must go through the Demande d'Admission Préalable (DAP).

    Submit your application via the external admissions portal Taïga. Select Ensa Paris-Est and create a file.

    Application fee: €37 by bank transfer rib, not applied to scholarship students with proof.

    Bachelor's degree entry
    Candidates preparing for the ACPAE Licence must go through a specific application procedure and apply for the Licence.
    These candidates are not required to undergo a file-based selection process. They will be invited directly to the selection interview, which will take place at the school on March 27, 2024.
    To apply, however, candidates must submit an application file, which will be forwarded to the selection panel.

    Documents to be submitted
    For all candidates

    • A curriculum vitae describing the applicant's educational, academic and professional background (PDF format) ;
    • A letter of motivation clearly showing the candidate's academic background and explaining and arguing the choice of an academic reorientation or the choice of continuing one's studies at the École d'architecture de la ville & des territoires Paris-Est. (format A4 recto-verso maximum - PDF).
    • A portfolio of work: a selection of work showing the work and ideas in an intelligible way, questions of space and their representation and those of scale (format of portfolio of work: A4 - PDF, maximum 19.8 Mo);
    • Copies of school reports and diploma(s) (single PDF file);

    Special cases

    • Candidates with scholarships must also submit their final scholarship certificate for 2023-24 to be exempted from the application fee.
    • Candidates who have been granted refugee status must also submit supporting documents proving their status.

    Selection procedure
    Applicants who have completed the ACPAE Bachelor's degree will be invited directly to the selection interviews.
    They will take place on March 27, 2024 at the school. They will last 15 to 20 minutes. Candidates must provide the jury with their portfolio, which will serve as a guideline for the interview.
    Admission results will be announced in June 2024. Based on the decision of the admissions jury, admitted candidates will be assigned to either Licence 2 or Licence 3. A complementary list may be drawn up depending on the number of applicants. Unsuccessful applicants will also be notified by e-mail.
