**A cutting-edge student residence***.
The school has a 207-bed student residence on its site, with 171 apartments (studio to T4 for shared accommodation). Half of the places are reserved for the school's own students.
The École's student residence was designed by Atelier Villemard Associés according to a highly original and original plan: accommodation around a bioclimatic, ventilated atrium on 9 floors, served by interior walkways. This is a low-carbon wood/concrete building.
Just 25 minutes from the heart of Paris via the Noisy-Champs RER station, which in 2024 will bring together lines 15 Sud, 16 and the RER A of the Grand Paris Express, this residence offers homes, many with balconies overlooking the Cité Descartes.
You can also apply for accommodation with the Créteil CROUS, which has other residences on campus here.
Provisional timetable for the procedure:
Between 05/06 and 24/06 :
1 - The student fills in this form online at Ensa Paris-Est here open in June
2 - The student opens a student social file (DSE). here
Between 06/25 and 06/30 :
The School draws up a priority list of students and sends it to the Créteil Crous for final approval.
Between mid-July and early August :
Students on the priority list are contacted directly by the Crous for the allocation of accommodation and the procedures to follow.
To increase your chances of obtaining Crous accommodation other than the Ensa Paris-Est-Crous residence at the start of the new academic year, you should apply directly to the Crous by clicking on the link suivant.
