The Assistant to Project Manager in Spatial Planning (ACPAE) professional degree covers the fields of architecture, urban planning and urban engineering. It provides students with the skills and know-how to assist and support architects, urban planners and engineers in the design and operational follow-up of projects.
Presentation and special features
The one-year "Licence professionnelle d'assistant à chef de projet en aménagement de l'espace" (ACPAE) is offered in partnership with the Université Paris-Est Marne (Département Génie Urbain), the Ecoles nationales supérieures d'architecture Paris-Est (Ensa Paris-Est) and Paris-Belleville (ENSAPB), and the Ecole des ingénieurs de la Ville de Paris (EIVP). Organization
- 450 hours of theoretical and practical courses;
- 150 hours of tutored project based on a professional problem addressed and solved in an operational manner;

Admission
This professional degree can be taken with a university technology diploma, a higher technician's certificate or after a second year of a general bachelor's degree.

This vocational diploma (Licence Professionnelle d'Assistant à Chef de Projet en Aménagement de l'Espace - ACPAE) is designed for immediate professional integration, and not for further study at Master's level. Students receive cross-disciplinary training in line with the evolving needs of architectural and urban planning agencies, and of all the structures involved in architectural and urban development projects (design offices, construction companies, technical departments and local authorities, major urban engineering structures, etc.).
