Thaïs de Roquemaurel
Thaïs de Roquemaurel is an architect and a graduate of ENSA-Versailles. She has developed a practice at the intersection of architecture, urban planning and territorial foresight in various European contexts. After working for the firm Office Kersten Geers David Van Severen, she led numerous projects and studies for the firms LIST and XDGA, before founding her own practice, Odd, in Brussels. A significant part of her work focuses on the spatial and environmental challenges associated with metropolitan areas and the sprawling city. She explores these issues at both the architectural and territorial scales. Alongside her professional practice, she has been teaching on these same subjects since 2016. Initially at ETH Zurich and as part of the international Real Estate Architecture workshops which she co-directs in Brussels and Ghent. Then at ENSA-Versailles, and finally at ENSA Paris-Est, which she joined in 2019 as an associate lecturer.
