Thomas Beillouin
Thomas Beillouin, born in Angers (France) in 1990, is an architect and urban planner. He graduated from the École d'architecture de la ville & des territoires (Éav&t) in 2013 and obtained his habilitation in 2018. His experience in agencies (Panerai et associés, Obras) enables him to work on urban and architectural projects. At the same time, he is involved in teaching, firstly in the urban analysis workshop and then in the DSA in architecture and urban planning at Éav&t, where he supervises the writing workshop. Interested in environmental issues, he is particularly interested in coastal risks. Since 2017, he has been exploring this subject in greater depth through a doctorate in architecture under the supervision of Sébastien Marot, Les stratégies d'aménagement à l'épreuve des aléas littoraux.
