In 2001, he co-founded the HYL (Hannetel Yver Laforge) agency, for which he carried out regeneration projects for large housing estates, parks, public spaces and urban developments in France and across Europe; an agency he left in 2010 to found Œcoumène in Process Christophe Laforge.

In 2006, he embarked on a teaching career, first at the ENSP in Rome, Bari and Venice, then at the École d’architecture de la ville & des territoires Paris-Est, in the ‘territory’ department. In recent years, Christophe Laforge was responsible for the course on the history of garden art and landscape strategies.

The school, his colleagues and his former students extend their deepest condolences to his family and friends.
